Increase resistance and prevent anemia ! Rape blossoms in spring
Rape blossoms are beta-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin B2, and minerals such as calcium and iron. These nutrients work in a comprehensive manner to increase resistance and prevent infectious diseases such as colds. Iron and vitamin C also help prevent anemia. It is recommended as a garnish, salad, pasta, gratin, and stew.

Delicious & Increases resistance ! Broccoli in early spring
Broccoli, in season from winter to early spring, is not fussy and is rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene, iron, folic acid and dietary fiber. When combined with protein, broccoli is a great way to increase your body's resistance to disease. If you cut them into small pieces from the start, the vitamin C is easily lost, so cut them into bite-size pieces after boiling them in small clusters.

Strawberries are rich in vitamin C and fiber

Flower Vegetable Salad
◎Ingredients for 4 servings ◎
150 g broccoli 25 g carrot 25 g cucumber 25 g corn 25 g small can tuna
Dressing ( 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoons salad oil 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar )
◎How to make
・ Boil broccoli in small cloves and leave to cool.
・ Boil corn and set aside to cool.
・ Cut carrots into strips and cucumbers into half-moon slices, boil, cool and drain.
・ Mix the dressing ingredients well and add the vegetables and tuna.
* You can also add rape blossoms or substitute ham or fish cake instead of tuna.
